A minimum of 24 hours must be pre-approved by the NH Board of Licensing for Alcohol & Other Drug Use Professionals or a reciprocal International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (ICRC) member board state. May be a combination of pertinent courses, workshops, in-service trainings, and/or seminars. Do not contact the board with any technical questions related to the survey. Please contact the Health Professions Data Center at questions or concerns. The survey will be available to complete on the renewal website during the license renewal process. Data summaries will be released by the Health Professions Data Center, annually, for public consumption. Aggregated data will be used for statewide healthcare workforce planning, assessment, and emergency preparedness. The individual data collected will be confidential and protected. However, providers may also opt out of participation by completing the opt-out form found on the NH Health Professions Data Center website. Pursuant to RSA 330-C:9-a, licensees are "required, as part of the license renewal process," to complete the survey. The NH Department of Health and Human Services, in partnership with the NH Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Use Professionals, is collecting key practice and capacity data from licensed alcohol and drug counselors during the license renewal cycle.
